Delivery
To ensure that you receive your new phone as quickly and safely as possible, we ship your new phone via Express delivery by DHL Express, FedEx Priority or other reputable courier company depending on the receiver address. Once the ordered is completed all our customer will get an email by the courier company with their TRACKING NUMBER and customer will be able to track their order. Usually, all order is shipped after 2-3 days after customer placed an order unless there is any other certain issue appears. In those rare case our friendly customer service representatives will be in contact with the customer through email or you can always contact us on help@bestmobilephone.co.nz.
Kindly Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Orders containing only accessories may take longer to deliver than mobile device orders. This is due to the postal network as small items are sent by regular, tracked post.
